What it connects to
The data sources and engine that make a report real are live today. The workflow connectors are on the roadmap, and we are honest about which is which.
Data and engine
The parts that make a report real. All live today.
Google Places
LiveLocal-business adapter: resolves a business, finds its nearby same-type rivals, and pulls everyone's real Google reviews and ratings.
Apify
LivePulls the real review corpus at scale for the D2C adapter (Amazon product reviews) and the mobile-apps adapter (App Store reviews), where a direct pull would rate-limit.
Google Play
LiveMobile-apps adapter: reads an app's real Play Store reviews via google-play-scraper, server-side.
Anthropic Claude
LiveReads the review corpus and produces the gap map, quotes, segments, and the marketer and operator outputs. The same engine runs all three adapters.
AWS
LiveAmplify hosting, a worker Lambda for live runs, and DynamoDB for jobs, saved accounts, and rate limits. The whole pipeline runs here.
Push your findings out
Take a report from insight to action in the tools you already use.
Jira
On the roadmapSend the action plan, with its success criteria and evidence quotes, straight into a project. Needs your Jira account and token.
Slack
On the roadmapA digest of each run dropped into a channel: the weakness, the ad angle, and the punch-list.
Google Business Profile
On the roadmapReply drafting is live today. Posting a reply to Google needs the GBP API approval, which is a longer road, so replies stay draft-only for now.
PDF and CSV export
On the roadmapDownload a full report to share, or the raw scores and quotes to drop into a spreadsheet.
Exploring
Ideas we like but have not committed to.
Webhooks and Zapier
ExploringFire a report into any tool when a run finishes.
Scheduled re-runs
ExploringWatch a competitor over time. Natural for the D2C and mobile-apps adapters, where the source returns a deep review history; held back for local until a denser source than the handful Google returns is in place.
